Shungite is one tool we have which offers some protection from EMF frequencies and radiation.  These attractive pendents are recommended together with pieces on your devices and around the house and in your water. They make great gifts and I can also source earings  and stock bracelets.  This is the highest quality shungite from Karelia in Russia - the only source for true shungite. Beware of copies from China !  True shungite is conductive which is a good way to test for fake.  Ultimately it is best if we limit our direct exposure from our own devices, but this is of great help for the necessity of when we must use them and are exposed from the environment. If you are rightly concerned about 5g this is an area which requires added awareness and protection which I will be doing a page on shortly.
