Shipping & Returns

We certainly hope you are happy with your product and are happy to advise on usage. We only accept returns and fully refund,  unopened products if for personal care and in perfect condition for all other products.  The buyer is responsible for return postage. The return address will be on your packing slip. Once the package is received in the above condition a refund can be processed.
